Very valuable information. We still have a lot to learn and will need help for awhile. Riley is still very young, and though he is our pride and joy, he also needs constant supervision. We feel like we have a guardian angel in Bloodhound Savvy. Thank you.

With working full time it is hard to go out looking for a good book on training and understanding my dog and I found this book on the internet. It has been a great help to me and my husband. Also with the free advise on line its just wonderful, great idea to have this service as its hard to get the time to look up all the answers you need with a Bloodhound (as there can be a few questions)! I love my Bloodhound “Macy” but she is quite a handful and Bloodhound Savvy has been a great help. Thank you.

I chose Bloodhound Savvy from my search because the price was reasonable and the information seemed solid and practical to me.

a Bloodhound that listens and learns...

April 16, 2013

This is my first Bloodhound, everyone said they are not easy to train but I got him anyway and guess what they where right. i have had dogs before retrievers which are easier so applied the same training session to my Bloodhound and it didn’t work. I found Bloodhound Savvy through a search engine an further information, at first thought it was to good to be true receiving all this information for the price but went ahead anyway and I can proudly say that I have a Bloodhound that listens and learns and any problems Bloodhound Savvy seem to have the answer. Its great to get information from someone who knows how Bloodhounds tick….Thanks you so much.

As a new Bloodhound owner I found this very useful. I have owned other breeds in the past and was finding my new Bloodhound puppy very difficult!! He was becoming very angry and strong minded and didnt listen to anything we asked him to do. Bloodhound Savvy helped us understand how to speak to him and use the tone of voice. We found this very useful and he seems a lot happier now are so are we!! He now knows whats right or wrong and we are the owners not him!!

I found Bloodhound Savvy when I googled about information on Bloodhounds. I have had 2 Bloodhounds before, the last one being a rescue, so when I was getting a new puppy I wanted to make sure that I was doing all I could to make him a fun, social and well trained dog. Bloodhound Savvy has been instrumental in me achiving this. I only wish I’d had this sort of help with my 1st rescue as the ease and joy of owning this breed is so much better.

Always comes when he is called...

Rated 4 out of 5
March 26, 2013

One of the main reasons I chose a Bloodhound was because we love hiking and I wanted an active and athletic dog. Unfortunately, KC decided that he wanted to do his own explorations and on a couple of occasions I was left looking for him for over 2 hours – I really thought we’d lost him. Thanks to your training tips and advice KC really listens to me now and always comes when he is called now. Thanks!

Bloodhound Savvy was helpfull in that it gave me alot of information on a broad range of issues that I have been faced with as a first time dog owner. It has help me quite a bit and I now have a well behaved and social Bloodhound I am very proud of.

Until I read Bloodhound Savvy I didn’t realize quite how important pack hierarchy is to Bloodhounds – or how easy it is to allow them to be top dog! Since we’ve been following your advice, Scout has been a completely different dog. We have made more progress in the last week that we have been using your techniques than in the last 4 months of puppy classes.

March 26, 2013

Hi there. I normally can’t be bothered to give feedback on books I read but in this case I felt I had to pass on credit where credit’s due… It was great to find a guide just about Bloodhounds and I really feel it’s made a huge difference to my relationship with Charlie. I’d say I can read his mind, know how he’s feeling and how to respond to his behavior. He’s turning into such a lovely dog and I can’t imagine life without him or your advice.
